The modern office complex Stolberger Straße / Eupener Straße in Cologne consists of four buildings with about 45,000 m² gross floor area above ground. Underneath, on the majority of the site, there is a two-story underground parking garage with approximately 700 car parking spaces and about 400 bicycle parking spaces.

Building 1 is designed as a rectilinear block, while buildings 2-4 have an H-shape with sufficient space for meeting rooms in the middle block. The open floor plans of the office spaces allow for flexible use with open space areas, combi offices and classic cellular offices. Another special feature of the quarter is the intensively planted roof gardens on the roof terraces. TAS attaches particular importance to sustainability. The building will receive at least LEED Gold certification, will be built to the KfW 55 standard, will have a green roof and will be powered by a photovoltaic system, among other things. In addition, there is a modern mobility concept with car and bike sharing as well as e-charging stations.
