The corporate headquarters was built on the property owned by ARGENTA on Anni-Albers-Strasse, between Oskar-Schlemmer-Strasse and Walter-Gropius-Strasse with a groundbreaking ceremony in May 2014 in an impressive 24-month construction period. After the handover to Microsoft, further tenant improvements were carried out until the official opening in October 2016. On behalf of ARGENTA, WBRE realized the "New World of Work" in Parkstadt Schwabing in close coordination and partnership with Microsoft. A high-tech building with a certification "LEED Platinum".

Optimal working conditions, a sustainable very flexible building use, an attractive environment and a high visibility of the company, according to these criteria the team of GSP Architekten developed this attractive location for the new German headquarters of Microsoft in Munich Schwabing. As one of the most modern buildings in Germany, it offers ideal conditions for contemporary forms of collaboration, the use of the latest technologies and the individual development of all employees.

In addition, WBRE was responsible for the realization of further 6,000 m² of tenant-specific office extensions in the building complex on behalf of ARGENTA. Through individual floor plan concepts with high design and quality standards, the entire net leasable area of more than 32,000 m² could be leased 100%, from gastronomy to legal advice to tech companies.
