Hotel Wedina

The boutique hotel Wedina is centrally located near the Alster in Hamburg's St. Georg district. It consists of five individual houses, house library and garden. The hotel is dedicated to
literature and regularly organizes readings with well-known authors. Our tasks were the support and consulting of the owner during the completion the renovation of the ensemble as well as the completion and removal of defects of the conversion of the neighboring building into long-stay apartments. The focus of the "Red house" was the completion of the ground floor and basement including the reception, lobby, breakfast room, library and various functional rooms. In the course of the finishing work, moisture was discovered in the basement area, so that renovation and sealing measures also on several exterior walls of the building became necessary.
